CALM provides individual, family and group therapy for parents of young children suffering from mental health issues, including anxiety and postpartum depression, arising from pregnancy or the birth of a child. This program prevents child abuse by working with parents to ensure that there are no barriers to a healthy parent-child attachment and that the parents get the individual and peer support they need. The program also supports parents struggling with more significant issues, such as their own history of trauma and loss.
